OKI contacted the company and I was pretty well on the right track.
GMM is under agreement to offer to GXY a JV with any of their lithium exploration success.
GXY will fund the project to BFS. GXY would own 80% of any Lithium mine if they so choose after the BFS.It is their (GXY) call
My assumptions below.
After that finance will have to be raised for plant and I presume evaporation pond production and other infrastructure.
I guess capital raising through share issue or bank finance will cover the construction phase.
In short if GMM find a minable Lithium resource they will probably only ever own 20% and you can assume a much diluted share base from what it is now to cover more exploration and administration. Their cash reserve wouldnt last long I dont think.
