I'd reccommend not worrying about this...such things are far down the track...I'm talking years unless they actually purchase a brownfields discovery!
The only cap raisings they will need to do in the near future (ie next 1-2 years) is to continue exploration.
You should only be buying or holding this company because you believe they will ahve exploration success...not because they will become a producer.
Once they DO have exploration success...then the reason to hold or buy is because you believe they will have MORE success and relineate a resource.
Once they do have a reasource, then comes the reason to buy/hold because you believe they will become a producer.
Note the above are also SELL triggers. Generally I dont wait till a company becomes a producer...i usually exit stage right once the resource is defined...that and the exploration success is where the most upside is. Exception is where i believe the company is significantly undervalued for future production regardless of cap raisings.
