Not sure why you keep comparing CR8 to BRN gordongreggy, almost completely different tech except for a bit of AI overlap. Although BRN/AZK did gave me one of the best returns so far. But CR8 is a SaaS company and IMO is much more comparable to the run that we saw in 1PG and RFN, even though both of these are in the HR sector. 1PG took 5 months to 10 bag and RFN almost 10 bagged within 3 months.
1PG had a hot female CEO that promised a lot but in the end failed miserably to deliver on all counts. RFN started off with guns blazing as well but also failed to deliver in the end. Both of these companies started off well where investors saw a lot of potential and they started to sign up big companies pretty quickly. Where they both failed is in the end their tech did not bring any benefit in ROI for their customers and they started dropping off as quickly as they came on.
I think CR8 will replicate the run we initially saw in 1PG and RFN. But I don't think we'll follow their eventual downward spiral. The reason being, and this is an important one, is that CR8 would have proven their KPI by the time they sign up a Master Services Agreement. And signing up a MSA with Nationwide is an enormous derisking IMO.
Here's the main reason why I think CR8 will run hard quite quickly, and many would have been posted by others already:
* Top management with proven credentials and track record
* Top engineers with proven credentials and track record - not just any unknown coder from
the back street of Nigeria.
* Solving problems for a sector that is screaming to be disrupted - we can see this by the
number of companies that are falling over themselves to try out Flamingo. Remember the
fire hydrant analogy? And it took only 15 mins to convince Nationwide!
* Globally scalable product
* Likely to be sticky once adopted due to the security measures and proven KPI during trials
* Can be scaled to many other verticals, eg banks, telcos, online shopping,
government services etc etc. But meanwhile the pie is big enough to start with.
* Still under valued
In the medium term I still maintain a reasonable price target of 50c - $1.00 within 12 months. To get there we'll probably need 10+ MSAs signed with revenues increasing.
