    I like you gg,but no valuation purposes vs trading purposes two different things...

    From valuation perspective no brainer you include all shares issued...enough said...

    BUT what you refer to is free float and from trading perspective for stock in vogue is superb coupled with low free float as you and I know what this means for a hot stock....
