What an interesting debate.
It doesn't make sense imo not to include all restricted stock, options and performance shares in determining the market cap. The reason being if the performance criteria are not met, hence the performance shares don't vest, will the argument that CR8 is cheap still hold true? I highly doubt it. So let's please stop the obfuscation and hype. Use the fully diluted market cap, because it's what the pros do! In the case of Flamingo fully diluted, it's still an interesting investment hypothesis imothat's the good news!!
