Crescent is working towards spinning out its considerable Uranium interests into a separate company in order to fully focus on Gold.

The Company has a very prospective view of those assets for economic uranium mineralisation, Crescent’s management are positioning to fully focus on opportunities in gold.

Crescent will commence marketing the Uranium West spin out and attached is a presentation outlining the Uranium West projects, including the existing Sturt Joint Venture, where drilling is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2008.
