If I or Genesys were approached to assist TZ with technology developments in the future, we'd make pragmatic business decisions based on order book status & resource availability at the time.

Credit rating comes into play - having nearly been burnt the last time, I'd be dealing with TZL rather than TZI, so that in the worst case, recourse can be pursued locally rather than in the US which is expensive and problematic.

Of course, TZ would beed to renew its technology focus & resurrect its R&D and product development programs for my or Genesys' participation to be relevant.
