A CR doesn't really come as a big surprise for me given the current cash position of the company. What would irk me as a shareholder is that if a CR did eventuate, as I firmly believe it will, is that the Chairman MB has said it's not something being considered at this time.
Those purchasing CKKOA's recently may be feeling a little twitchy perhaps?
