Why would they need one? There are no big expenses due anytime soon, the JVs will be funded to BFS by OK Tedi and they have $4m+ in the bank. Seems far more likely that this is just a summary of the past year and a forecast for the future and since it contains no new information doesnt need to be released to the market.
