The investor presentation suggests that Mr Mulligan is now putting his stamp on the Company and that it is being pointed in a very specific direction both in terms of geography (Southern and east Africa) and the target minerals ( coal, copper, nickel, platinum and gold).
This all seems to me to very rational in terms of opening up opportunities where the entry cost is very low and the level of political risk is not excessive ( certainly compared to West and North Africa).
The man seems to know what heis doing and I am heartened.
