He's probably thinking of mine construction start date which was around mid 2013. Commissioning has always been slated for 2014...early to mid from memory...so they've slid a few months. No dramas there from my perspective.
Poet, you need to start with the facts when you read between the lines...it almost always results in a better prognostication.
