    I don't recall the company saying that commissioning would be in 2013...

    In today investor presentation page 16, it states company is aiming for mid 2014 for plant commissioning.

    Refer to November AGM presentation around dates for commissioning plant as follows;

    ?Construction targeted to commence as early as mid 2013
    ?Plant commissioning targeted for early to mid 2014
