    You are right...the problem with getting too close to an investment is you get filled with irrational exuberance on the day, make no mistake...to my fellow HC collegues I admit this error of judgement...quite possibly this isn't even the plant in question...we will wait and see what exactly AVB has in mind...All the plants I've worked were near new...this is not the case in this instance...Appologies to Awoonga etal...best regards
