The plant looks fine. A lot better than some here in Aus. You are right the price will be scrap. Maybe pay us to de-commission. There is still a lot of paint I can see. The handrails are a nice yellow which means the access for service work has been maintained.

I have no problems with their choice. At least we know it was working and there should be maintenance records and staff that used to run it. Better than buying something from China and then spending millions on getting it running.
