Which begs the question; If you knew you had no ore left to process why would you spend so many millions upgrading the CIL plant?
Someone there must know something the market does not. Otherwise they would have been winding down operations. Not scaling it up!
It would be financially reckless and morally reprehensible to build an ore processing facility with no ore to actually process...
That is one hell of a bet to just 'presume' there is gold in them hills and proceed to spend 30 million on processing plant instead of exploration.
