So when you consider how much Quintana are in for already, and if in fact they believe that the resource is fantastic, well if it were me, I would fork out an extra $5m and take the whole company. If I did that I would go from being entitled to 24% of production at a discount to being able to keep 100% of the production all for a measly $5m which is somewhere between 1/6 and 1/8 of the amount they have already advance the company. Don't tell me Quintana don't have $5m!
Hopeful, Quintana are smart right? Please advise on a balance, do you think Quintana have an internal policy that says "we shouldn't take over unappreciated companies that have massively under valued assets at a discount?" Or do you think they assessed the situation and said no thank you?
