Finacially reckless was previous KBL's management overbudegting the CIL. So too was their handling of the recent dilution when if done slightly different without destroying sentiment would have resulted in raising more money for their cause.
Your comment regarding why spend so much knowing you have no more ore is a speculative and IMO the only thing going for these guys right now. At least as far as information available to the public is concerned. I am speculative and hope they do great, Risk vs Return can't have one without the other
