I don't like it when companies start getting cagey about the progress and performances and not delivering on previous promises.
to me there are alarming signs that we are in for more delays and longer wait before we see results.
based on the last financial statement and spending's , cash will be be scarce by the first quarter of 2019.
Not sure where the cash will be coming if CAT do not go binding before the end of the year!!
Capital raise would be the other option , how will investors react t this and what would be the share price assessed at??
It is just my opinion and everyone should DYOR.
