This acquisition is a good fit for OBJ ,but there is a few issues that I have with it ,the purchase price is to high ,I feel by around 35 to 40 million.
Its mainly just a distribution business ,its not like OBJ is purchasing a bunch of well known products that they will have full ownership over.
OBJ may be able to make this work and produce a strong growing profit ,but its hard growing your own tech when its some other companies product your dealing with.
OBJ need there own cosmetic or other products that they can develop there own tech into ,not selling the company out for mainly a distribution business when they could have just continued to collaborated with such companies.
I feel that this will cost OBJ shareholders 50% to 60% of the companies value over the next year from relisting.
I would be pissed if this was happening to me as a shareholder ,but IM sure others would disagree.
