- OBJ’s core assets are it’s IP and patents while Nutrition Systems brings real estate gives us collateral for a $20m loan, cashflow profit from business and approximately $7m debtors and a large inventory $23m - $7m = $16m. The combined group will have the balance sheet and cashflow to fund expansion as a multi-national health and wellbeing group.
