Hi 10mc,
It looks as if the structure is up against a fault. This would be a significant risk as the fault may not seal and oil could migrate out of the structure.
The strategy was very well presented as a case for drilling the highest COS wells available. I would expect KIK/NDO would test this structure eventually.
