Having access to most major broker reports, I note that over the last two days in investor conferences with sell side analysts and buy side investors (group and "one on one"), brokers report BLY management has been un-expectantly bullish on the remainder of 2012 and 2013 prospects, no fall off in demand from majors and "major-minors" with fast expansion in SAmerica and WAfrica, rig utilisation strong and rates tight...brokers are all bullish now with price targets from 4.80 to 5.70, save one recalcitrant at 3.15...seems to me a good buy down here...particularly since NAB announced it was no longer a substantial shareholder (NAB go in and out all the time as prime broker for hedge funds) which means some one will now close their short position initially opened up 3 weeks ago....
