GGE should disclose all immediately.
Actually, I do not think that GGE has ever disclosed the name of the JV partner. So may be that's the first thing to do.
(please correct me if I am wrong)
It looks to me like a devious way of delivering price sensitive news. (ie hide it in a large ann.). Just too clever.
