Given that we have had success with a 60nm cell...what are the applications of such a cell? Does it have to be scaled down, or is it useful just the way it is? Furthermore, what shape is a cell? Is it square? If so, then the cell has an area of 3600 nm" .... What limitations does a larger cell have, compared to a smaller one? Ultimately, who else is in RERAM and what are their cell sizes? How useful is their tech ? Just wondering....
