If UK government increase small claims to 5000 pound,then more small claim clients come to lawyers and lawyers can save working time but can charge the same fees.
If insurance companies pay law fees directly to lawyers,it is good for lawyers,clients and insurance companies with clarity.
If UK government bans claims for small skin tissue damages,it is not a big issue,because IMO in that cases the most of people do not go to lawyers for claims at present too.
What a big problems with SGH.
