yes, and I know it is stating the obvious, but that 2 line response is a deliberate, calculated and approved strategy. TELL THE MARKET NOTHING.
That is the policy coming from Board down.
Have a look at every announcement from UNS, and it pretty much says nothing.
They tell us the cash levels, only because they have to.
That's about the ONLY definitive info we get.
They mention the estimation that UNS may have the cash to survive for 12 mths further? - but then that statement is qualified and qualified.
No details of the really BASIC stuff.
contracts, ability to survive, do we even have an actual business?, customers etc etc.

the crap about if we wish to get any details 'we have to get them from the customer" is just that - crap.
It is basic info - why do we, the owners of the company, have to try and get info on our company, from a customer?!
