Investor Road-Show Presentation November 2014

I don't know if I was right? in my opinion, the company keep throwing the same investor presentation on the market to tell everyone: hey, look here, this is a good company! Warren Buffett and Benjamin Graham said: In the short term, the market is a popularity contest. In the long term, the market is a weighing machine. I think right now, people put most money on properties, dairy products and medibank, these are very hot investment now, but for me, I prefer this company and I still remember why I bought shares form this company at beginning, if you look at financial statements from 2004 till now, you can see their total revenue and sales revenue have been increasing every year, only few drops during 2011 and 2012, and their net profit margin is always being very high( above 20% every year only 18% on 2011), a lots of meddle size companies make 300-500m a year but the net profit margin couldn't even reach 5%, and some big companies even worse, they make 4-5b a year but only 3-7% net profit of total revenue, and never keep total revenue growing and net profit growing consistency in the last 10 years. Every company has debt, and because this company has made so much on their net profit, so I won't be too worried, their debt counts by US$, but they make money by US$ as well. I think the main reason that price couldn't go up because they have issued more shares this year and to collected more money to buy more lands, which is good thing. I would say that this is a very cheap price with a good foundation company that you has chance to get in now.
