Jury is still out for me over a Cap Raise.
who told you that there might be a CR? firsova? the company? your gut?
all I have ever read in regard to financing a plant in the US is:
- grants
- concessions
- low interest financing incentives
does that smell like CR?
maybe it's time to stop with all the speculation and focus on facts and the big picture... just my opinion
ever thought it might be managements goal to keep EPS as high as possible?
