Considering how tight the shares are held and how difficult it would be to get say 5 million shares without impacting the SP much a CR would certainly be successful at a significant premium to current SP.
Money raised this way would certainly accelerate any planned production and I would welcome it, providing that the CR is at a premium. There is no reason that I can see why you would offer at a discount.
Anyway this is pure speculation and likely not to happen. Such a good company this one.
