"A non deal roadshow is a large meeting or conference put together for the purpose of meeting potential clients without a specific agreement being discussed or agreed upon. Most roadshows have typically been hosted by large financial companies but other companies have begun to host roadshows and can be in the form of one-on-one meetings, group presentations or conference speeches. Attendees of roadshows include analysts and portfolio managers. "
