Criteria for consideration to be involved:

"There is a handful of criteria, being that the company is listing to raise capital to accelerate growth, rather than to create something, that they have some existing clients and a defined revenue model," he said.

"They also need to have a strategy around offshore expansion, have good people involved, and the other key ingredient is the right deal structure."

Well then we must at least have a product!!
