The site was briefly in maintenance mode when the announcement released, clearly it hasn't all synced back up properly.
I'm in a firm of about the same size (completely different field) and it is encouraging that they're focusing on their sales pipeline and maneuvering their value add consulting and customer care (STEM support) closer to that pipe - as this naturally helps uncover further sales leads in existing business. This is exactly what we're doing and have had international guidance on how to achieve this, as I'm sure they have as well.
This is a very encouraging presentation, our little company's growing up.
