Under the current TH, they have until Friday 10:00am to make the ann. This is a standard ASX 2 day trading halt which we see all the time across the market.

The company can ask the ASX for an extension of the TH and it will be considered if there are good enough grounds. The company can also ask for a suspension of their listing if they need a lot more time.

Let's be realistic though. It is highly probably the ann will come out today. I was told same by IS yesterday and again today. At this stage we have no reason to disbelieve them, other than pure speculation.
