I have to admit that i didnt fully understand the context of the 30 May deadline. when i first read the Ann it did stick out a bit... which is a shame.

I think the best thing that CNP can do now is to work furiously to tidy up the docs/admin and clear the path.

They need a positive announcement for a change. I think all the releases to date have undertones of "we've just managed to achieve this or that" followed by words which sound to me like a runner panting for breath.

Instead they need to be proactive and almost arrogant and suggest to the market that they are IN CONTROL and are excited about the future, etc etc.

just my 2 cents worth.
