it appears to me that investors and punters are concerned about how much the claim can increase to.
i agree with you about it never getting to court, it could be too embarrasing for some, so i suspect cnp would be aiming for an out of court settlement.
but as some others have notioned on here, it may just be a flash in the pan in the whole scheme of things
