Hi Alicia,

Thank you for your response earlier today regarding the approximate date for CER half yearly result announcement.

I have read a media publication today that details the sale of the Cortlandt Towne Center for $78 million to Acadia Realty Trust.

Please confirm if this is correct and as it is material, when will this be announced to the market since it is of material significance particularly with reference to the ability of CER to commence distributions from the CSF portfolio.

Please advise.
