Cer used to pay 6cents per share, And that was for a half a year.
Their earnings per share seem to be increasing but unfortunately the big writedowns due to credit crisis has enabled them to withhold paying dividend without getting slugged with BIG TAX.
Once writedowns stop then its pay day :)
