How long until we get the next TGA update? It is rare that ADO commit to timeframes.

• 140 days since first TGA submission: clearly this been problematic. I have worked with regulators before, their job is to ensure the every detail they ask. Appears that AnteoTech have not met the brief. Now needing to go again. How many weeks, months until this one? The positive is that it appears that there have been some consultation with TGA so hopefully it is 3rd time lucky. The question for me is now - when?
• Covid testing will be on a downtrend at some stage (use UK as a proxy, essentially opening up regardless of whether you have covid or not) in the near to medium term, likely with a long tail.

Derek and team are struggling to commercialise product. 2 examples:

• No significant sales of our covid test: in a pandemic where there is a global shortage of RATs (EuGeni launched 10 months ago)
• Flu A/B Multiplex missed N Hemisphere Flu Season: Derek had stated (25 March 2021) that Clinical Trials were due to start Sept 2021 to meet N Hemisphere Flu needs. We are now at the end of the N Hemisphere flu season and the recent 4C (31 January 2022) stated that "The multiplex (COVID, Flu A/B) will move to prototype development, with the aim of preparing R&D batches in Feb 2022". Yet another missed opportunity and inability to commercialise. What does that mean for Sepsis etc

Stating the obvious, but each day that passes, ADO are missing contracts and sales.
