The fundamental problem with that view Peterm ("a crappy deal negotiated by past management") is that the current MD was the guy at the finance company that did the ' crappy deal' with the COmpany and the current chairman was the #1 shareholder at the time (refer 2014 annual report). So you cant tell me that the largest shareholder at the time wasnt at least consulted about the 'crappy deal' and possibly even approached for his blessing. So if the deal is as crappy as you say (by the way - I agree with you , i also think its crappy!) I think the chairman and the MD have to man up on it and take some ownership!!!!
