There will be detractors regarding this deal (and the Powerpoint slides), but those people always have the option of selling.

The reality is less than 10% of miners make it to production due to lack of resources and funding. We have the resources, and with ECE we will have the funding. We need the funding, otherwise we'll just be a company with "potential".

Additionally, based on ECE's other attempted or completed strategic partnerships, they are very astute at picking companies as almost all have gone up significantly in SP.
