seems that the share raising for 2.3m went as a liability at 31 December, before being converted to equity on 3rd Jan and hence the cash booked as an asset./
that would explain the 1m issue of payment (considering 4 days later they booked 2.3m) so it all seems to be a legal blah blah and no real effect- market panicked over totally nothing.

Noticing that the "beam is currently considering the addition of other strategic satellite network providers"..."such as high bandwidth data capabilities"...ohh that means regional high speed data devices...mmmm this could be a rather big surprise. Noticing that Marlink and telenor also utilise other satellite network providers that would tie in too.
..."is expected to deliver large growth opportunities into existing and emerging markets over the next 12 months"...so these distribution deals signed last year must have some large pipeline orders (and we know there was not enough product to meet demands of sales so that would have had an effect on Q2 as well...but now it seems all fixed).

Medical services deal- seems we have a go live inside of 3 months, last recall that was 5-15m for 2006...yippee we can expect a very healthy H2 for FY06 then.

With stratasonde due tomorrow, we should know by Monday of the 1.1m from this sale, and TEE still carry a free 2% royalty...
