1 mill buyer at 3.9c.. looks like beginning of accumulation process ...few big bites and some possible action in the near future.....quarterly announcementmust be due out in the next week or so which should gain some interest as they should have commenced their move toward a profitable period...this is the time where TEE in the past has moved up when there is little interest then someone starts buying...
