• Reason for slow 4E; obtaining independant valuations on convertible notes. Valuation process took 3x longer hence impact to audit
• Merger final documentation - aligning AGM with EGM - late November completion. Same resources as audit so that has caused some delay
• Next 4C “earlier than we are required to” - mentioned 26th
• Couple of pilots in process that will be updated to market
• Looking at how to innovate to add B2B BNPL functionality. Announcements to come on this.
• Enterprise level provider, but can be used at any level - typically start with a large business and roll out to their customers/suppliers
• Launch of SpendaCollect v2 “shortly”
• Announcements coming re M/C and Visa partnerships to facilitate bringing on new customers
• $1B in transaction value in sales funnel currently
• Read social media for clues on who Cirralto working with (customers)
