It will be a nothing it does not progress anything to commercialisation and doing things with governments only means it takes decades to happen. Tim come on we want to see some short term commercialisation milestones instead of nebulous dates in the future.
These partnerships we have that just roll on without end and without any progress or end date. The prior management treated the business like a charity, how about some commercial reality.
