    Good last post Raks.

    I have read yesterday's announcement again and it has a positive tone to it. It says CVI is taking part in the refinery and it is participating in the offshore oil permits.

    On the topic of these offshore oil permits, does anybody know the significance of why the oil companies - ENI,, TOTAL and Petrobras are listed at the end of each of the permit particulars?
