1. The PEP11 permit isn't a CCS permit, so, no, not at this point
4. MMR Directors are obligated to act in the best interests of MMR shareholders. Therefore, restoration of PDF status must be pursued using best endeavours.
5. Part 1 - Yes, 12/2/22. However, the JA has discretion to amend the sunset date. Part 2 - No, as the JA is yet to hand down it's decision, there is no indication as to whether an extension to the Y4 deadline will be granted. It will be detailed in the decision assuming it is favourable.
