As a shareholder, i am concerned that this 'professional leadership group', as you call it, may be privy to potentially market sensitive information at this meeting.
Will they sign a confidentiality agreement/ non disclosure statement, and/or will any market sensitive discussions be released to the ASX pronto, and how can we be certain that these shareholders will not sell or buy directly after the meeting?
The other 85% to 90% of the shareholder base could be disadvantaged. IMHO.
