    For the first time in history - Gilligan sounds more intelligent than the 'Skipper'...

    Far more passion and clarity considering he has only been around for a month.

    I just don;t like how he refers to 'their' pipeline (QMN) and not 'our' pipeline i.e. he sounds like an outsider...
