if I may comment on what I see as some possible confusion in your post above,,

drilling only ever gives you results,,, this then allows the resource to be defined and to JORC (ie a standard),,

the JORC then leads to commercialisation of the resource the extraction and sale of the resource,,,

we are at the defining the resource stage,,, al be it a bit drawn out,,, but following the companies announced strategy over many months,,

delayed results annoy us all but it bolis down to 2 things in IMO

1 you trust the directors and the direction they are taking the company, and
2 you DYOR as BT says above also and base your personal decisions on your own research

the market determines the rest IMO

almost philosophy here,, sorry but I think this may clarify things a little
