For all those that are disappointed with the current situation and the delivery of this Capital Raise please contact the company, request an answer to your shareholder enquiry from David himself, not from Frederike. Formulate an email with direct questions and concerns, but doing so intelligently and respectfully. It's time David found out that this situation under his governorship is not acceptable by measuring it from his own forecasts and predictions. He needs to take accountability. His deliverance of this current Capital Raise is nothing more than what i would expect from an amateur, inexperienced CEO not from someone of his previous corporate experience. Surely a competent CEO would have come up with an alternative funding arrangement than this weak, lazy attempt he has presented us with.
So please contact him and request an answer from him personally as he owns the owners of this company an explanation.
